Repair and Diagnostics

Something isn't working right?

Tell me what changed. You do not need to diagnose it before you ask for service.

This is the right page if

The equipment has a problem.

  • Machine is down or partially down
  • Leak, heating, pressure, flow, or electrical issue
  • Grinder or brewer stopped behaving normally
  • Error code, unusual noise, smell, or repeated failure
Helpful before I arrive

Send what you know.

  • Business and location
  • Manufacturer and model
  • What changed and when
  • Photos or video if they show the problem
  • Data-plate / serial-number photo when available
Repair Request

Start here.

This is the same Y'allrightjoe? request form used across the site. Choose repair at the first step and it will only ask for the repair details I need.

Working, but showing signs?

That may belong under Scheduled Maintenance.

If the machine is operating and the goal is to understand wear, water, condition, or prevent the next avoidable failure, planned service is usually the better lane.

Not sure which lane fits?

An assessment can separate repair, maintenance, water, installation, and outside-trade issues before you commit to the wrong work.
